I’m trying to get an old nVidia card to work with OpenGL, and it is causing Xorg to crash. The Xorg.0.log doesn’t have any errors, it seems Xorg dies before getting the chance to output anything wrong.
EDIT: This forum doesn’t allow attaching the nvidia-bug-report output file (???), so I extracted it to pastebin.
The X server is probably printing a symbol error. Try running it from a console by running “xinit” and seeing if it prints anything out after the server crashes.
