Level Conversion of HDMI_CEC Signal in Xavier NX Devkit

Hi,

I believe the HDMI_CEC on the Jetson Xaveir NX module is a 1.8V open drain port. However, since 3.3V is applied to the FET gate in the Devkit schematic below, it seems that 3.3V is also applied to the HDMI_CEC pin on the Jetson module.
Will this Devkit level conversion circuit still apply 1.8V to HDMI_CEC without any problems? Also, please explain the reason for this.

This pin is 3.3v tolerance enabled as you can see in pinmux sheet in DLC.
