License for CentOS server

Hi,

Currently we are using AMD Opteron processor, with 4x16 Core CentOS 6.3 server. I want to ask that what kind of academic license should we buy for best performance.

For example, if we buy PGI Server x64 Academic license for 2 users does it mean that only 2 persons can use PGI with CERTAIN and PRE-DEFINED user names,

or does it mean any 2 users (without pre-defined user names) can use PGI at the same time on the server?

2 seats simply means only two users at any moment can be
using the PGI products.

Most compilations are fast enough that there is no noticeable drag
for 5 or 6 simultaneous builds.
