I have an MSI Creator 15 A11UE laptop with RTX 3060 GPU and i7-11800H running windows 11. Recently i noticed that my fps dropped from 200 to 40 in most games, and after some digging i found that my GPU is being performance limited due to high power usage which is around 650 Watts. This is not a software issue since i tested various software and applications and they all read 650 Watts. Tried updating my BIOS / EC firmware, and installing the latest the Nvidia Game Ready Driver, but nothing seems to work.
