Linux asus strix g713 nvidia driver not responding

Hi,
newbie here.
I have nvidia gtx 1650.
i have many ways and i can only get in the stage where the additional screen of the laptop is in use where the actual monitor of the laptop is flashing like an old TV without signal.
the only option will be to use it as intel but it seems not approachable.
I don’t know how to put a nvidia log

things i tried:

The ubuntu kernel 5.13.0-27 has a bug so the amdgpu driver doesn’t work. Please try updating your system to get a fixed kernel or check grub menu for an earlier kernel to boot.

Now that’s odd. According to the ubuntu bug tracker, the -28 kernel should include the fix. Does the internal display still flicker like a TV without reception? Please try using the liquorix ppa to get the latest kernel:

I did that. however is asking me for signature on newest kernel.
I also disabled the safe boot. same issue

Please run nvidia-bug-report.sh as root and attach the resulting nvidia-bug-report.log.gz file to your post.
