We would suggest checking the full serial console log when you hit the unexpected reboot issue instead.

Custom Thor board; serial port difficult to access on mass production hardware.
On Jetson AGX Thor with R38.4 or R39.2, there is currently no supported Linux sysfs interface to read the previous reset source.
If you need to identify the reset cause, please capture the early serial boot log and check the rst_source field like the screenshot you shared, because that information is reported during early boot rather than through sysfs.
