lmgrd problem

When I try starting the license manager software I get the following error:
"Vendor daemon can’t talk to lmgrd (Cannot connect to license server system (-15,570:115 “Operation now in progress”)) "
The compilers were working fine before this, so something changed but I have no idea what it was.
Running

lmutil lmhostid: “00137285c504”
lmutil lmhostid -hostname: “HOSTNAME=linux”
lmutil lmhostid -internet: “INTERNET=104.239.213.7”
lmutil lmdiag: “This license cannot be checked out because: Cannot connect to the sever”
My license key is as follow:

Is Linux a laptop?

Send the flexlm.log file to license@pgroup.com.

If the problem in the log file is that the ‘TCP/IP number was not allowed’

Try editing the license like

so that the port used is different. If you have a firewall, you may
need to designate ports of communication, and that port(s) could result
in a license that looks like this
