Location of ros_workspace - Where is it?

Perhaps my short attention span is getting the best of me here. I am reading the tutorial for ROS integration with Isaac Sim Omniverse. I have ROS Melodic installed and everything is working just fine.

The documentation says,

To make it easy, we prepared an entire ROS workspaces with the necessary packages.

But where though? I am more interested in importing those packages to my own ROS workspace.
