I’ve got the software set up on another machine that has the timing setup to bring said pin low, but im unable to find any documentation as to where it is, no images and nothing in the manual.

Did you look at the “Jetson TX1/TX2 Developer Kit Carrier Board Specification” document? Page 30, section 3.7 shows it is on J27 pin 1.
Looks like J27 is close to the power jack. Follow the edge of the board directly back from the jack towards J26 and you’ll see it.
