Login-loop after installing nvidia-390(ppa) on Ubuntu-16.04

I got stuck in the “login-loop” just after I installed the nvidia-390 dirver from the graphics ppa.
Here is my nvidia-bug-report.log:

Your kernel is too old for your intel gpu. For coffee lake, you’ll need at least kernel 4.15 and a recent package linux-firmware. Upgrade your hwe.
