Lost camera frame when camera is running

I used a ar0233 camera module with ISP in our project.
When camera is running,we can get camera frame with v4l2-ctl command,however,a few minute later,we lost the camera frame,and show green picture: i check camera power supply is normal. Is the camera driver hanging?how to trace the bug issue?

Try to modify the driver to disable all CID to check if those function cause it.
