Loud grinding fan noise of NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Developer Kit

I purchased NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin 64GB Developer Kit a few days ago.
I found this board make loud/strange hitting fan noise after powerup.

Here is movie clip. You can check the noise about at 30 seconds of movie clip.
The serial number is 1423523003370.

Please check and please let me know how to handle this.

Hi,
This is design of the AGX Orin developer kit. The fan is part of the thermal solution. We suggest keep it. You can remove the fan but the system may easily hit throttling.

Hi,

Yes, it is thermal solution and as you see, it makes strange noise and it is likely cause heating issue. This can make lifetime of product short.
We want replacement unit.

I have also reach out to the MFR as of now no response received from them regarding this issue. I recommend you to please reach out to MFR.

If MFR response is saying your product is some technical issue will proceed this case RMA.
