I got the same value both in windows xp and ubuntu 9.10 environments, with different driver releases (196.21 win - 195.38 ubuntu)
I read it could be a chipset problem, so I’m wondering if anyone can confirm problems with Ati XPress 3200 chipset (my mobo is an Abit AT8-32X). Of course I’ve tried both the PCI-EX 16x slots, with the same results.
