Low performance running deepstream-app (source30_1080p)

**• JetPack Version (valid for Jetson only)**n/a
• TensorRT Version
• NVIDIA GPU Driver Version (valid for GPU only) Driver Version: 450.51.06 | CUDA Version: 11.0
**• Docker image: nvcr.io/nvidia/deepstream:5.0-20.07-samples
**• Ubuntu: 20.04

I am getting low performance running deepstream-app with the latest SW Ubuntu 20.04 | Cuda 11 | nvidia driver: 450.51.06:
Achieved Performance Stream Type H.264 | Average FPS: ~26
Achieved Performance Stream Type H.265 | Average FPS: ~60

I used to get the below higher results with Ubuntu 18.04 | Cuda 10.1 | nvidia driver: 418.87
Achieved Performance Stream Type H.264 | Average FPS: ~40
Achieved Performance Stream Type H.265 | Average FPS: ~73

Any idea on what is producing low performance?

the number is achieved most stream number for real time or ?

it is for the recorded files sample_1080p_h264.mp4 (and h265) The reference application is deepstream-app and the configuration file is source30_1080p_resnet_dec_infer_tiled_display_int8.txt
