Could you tell me about Jetson TX1 Module’s D-RAM(LPDDR4)?

  1. Product Information
  • manufacturer, product number, etc.
  1. Product size
  • What is the size of the D-RAM(1ea. There are 2ea on the TX1 Module, as I known.)

Jetson TX1 uses Samsung K4F6E304HB-MGCH 16Gb LPDDR4.
