LPDDR5 16GB DRAM ECC?

Hello,

I would like to know if for Jetson Orin NX , we can enable the ECC on the LPDDR5 DRAM?
for the AGX Orin industrial version, ECC is by default enabled.

Secondly, it seems Orin NX supports 128bit DRAM vs higher end platforms such s AGX Orin supports 256bit DRAM. is there a way to work around this limitation for Orin NX ?

The whole Orin NX platform does not support it. If you want DRAM ecc, please use Orin AGX industrial.

Challenge of moving to AGX industrial is power requirements.

NX requires around 5-10 W
AGX Industrial power requirement could be as high as 50W.
