I try install driver for ConnectX-5 and x-6 on redhat8.7, but after install finished and restart driver , the error message appeared “mlx_compat: module verification failed: signature and/or required key missing - tainting kernel” and " watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#0 stuck for 22s"
driver version : mlnx-en-23.07-0.5.0.0-rhel8.7-x86_64
ConnectX-5 FW: 16.35.3006
ConnectX-6 FW:26.38.10.02

It looks like you are installing MLNX_OFED on a system with SecureBoot enabled and where the x.509 key is not properly installed.

Review and follow the guidance for enrolling the proper x.509 key on your system or to remove the signature on the modules → https://docs.nvidia.com/networking/display/MLNXOFEDv23070500/UEFI+Secure+Boot

The SecureBoot on my server is disabled .
