macos cuda driver 418.105 No GPU Detected after security update 2019-001

Hello,

issue after apple security update for high sierra 10.13.6 (not mojave)

CUDA Driver Version: 418.105 No GPU Detected
NVIDIA Web Driver: 387.10.10.10.40.122
egpu: gtx 1080 ti

after 418.105 driver update (support cuda 10.1) it was still ok, issue occurs after the 2019/2/27 security update

any ideas ?
