My main monitor (ASUSTek VG278QE) gets stuck on boot screen ever since I updated the BIOS. (I updated the BIOS to fix a, most likely, unrelated issue.) A spare monitor (Sceptre Tech Inc E205W) works fine. I do not believe the ASUS monitor is defective as an MSI G274F monitor I tried also got stuck on boot. I don’t believe it is a cable issue, as I have used the same cable for the working monitor on the ASUS monitor. I believe it is an issue with the GPU (RTX 2070) as neither monitors work if they are plugged in after the computer was turned on. Also, MSI support said that it was a GPU issue. Below is the Nvidia Bug Report, any help is welcomed.
