Making connection between Drive PX2 and Quanergy Lidar

I am having trouble establishing connection between Drive PX2 and Quanergy M8 Lidar.

I set up the Lidar with a static ip ( with first three fields same as Drive PX2 ( MAde sure the network and gateway setting fro both were the same and then connected the Lidar to the blue ethernet port in the harness.

I am not able to ping the Lidar from Drive PX2.

I setup another Ubuntu machine with similar parameters as Drive PX2 and was able to connect to the Lidar.

Not sure what I am missing.

Could you please refer to NVIDIA_DriveWorks_DevGuide(Page 107) to setup for Lidar?
The doc is /usr/local/driveworks-0.3/doc in DPX2. Thanks.
