The ssh client in the Nsight-systems application supports only password auth. Most HPC sites are transitioning to 2-factor authentication.
Also, the Linux client doesn’t seem to work at all. This can all be worked around with sshfs on a linux client install (or rdist, sftp, globusconnect …). Still, there’s little point providing it in your client if it doesn’t work with most big centers.
