Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to access NVIDIA NIM APIs on [build.nvidia.com](http://build.nvidia.com/), but I cannot complete phone verification because Russia (+7) is not available in the SMS country list.

Could you please manually verify my NVIDIA Developer account?

My account email: [throwbvck@gmail.com]

Country: Russia(+7)

Purpose: testing NVIDIA NIM APIs for personal / educational development
