Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com to use NVIDIA NIM APIs for academic learning and AI development.
However, Bangladesh (+880) is not available in the phone-verification country list. Therefore, I cannot receive an OTP, complete account verification, or generate an API key.
Details:
Country: Bangladesh
Country code: +880
Purpose: Academic learning, AI development, and testing NVIDIA NIM APIs
Issue: Bangladesh is missing from the SMS verification country list
Could you please provide an official alternative verification method or advise how users from Bangladesh can obtain access?
I have also contacted help@build.nvidia.com from my registered NVIDIA email address. I can provide my account email, phone number, and screenshots privately if required.
