I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com to test out the NIM microservices for my AI learning and local web development projects, but I am entirely stuck on the phone verification layer.
The interface allows me to select my country code and type my number, but clicking the “Send Code to Phone” button does absolutely nothing. It is completely unresponsive and no OTP code ever arrives.
To protect my personal privacy on this public forum, I have already emailed my exact account details, phone number, and system screenshots directly to the support team at help@build.nvidia.com.
I know this is a known gateway issue for many international developers right now. Could a support moderator please help look into this or assist in getting my profile whitelisted so I can generate my keys? Please help solve my issue.
