Hello NVIDIA Support, I am trying to generate an API key for NVIDIA NIM on build.nvidia.com.
My account shows:
“Please contact support to verify your account”
and “API Access Restricted by your Organization”
and “None of your Orgs have API Access.”
This is my personal account, and I appear to be the admin of my own personal organization, so contacting the admin sends the request to myself.
When I try to verify my phone number, the system says that an organization admin must grant me permission, but I do not have another admin.
Could you please manually verify my account and enable “Public API Endpoints” permission for my Personal organization?
