Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue on build.nvidia.com that is preventing me from generating an API key.
Issues I see:
- Red banner: “Please contact support to verify your account”
- When clicking Generate API Key: “API Access Restricted by your Organization”
What I have already tried:
- Email verification is complete
- Successfully logged into NVIDIA Developer Portal
- Refreshed multiple times across different sessions
During signup, I was never shown a phone number verification field at all — the system directly showed the “contact support” banner without giving me any option to verify via SMS.
