I am writing to request manual verification for my developer account to access NVIDIA NIM APIs.
I am based in the Russian Federation, I cannot complete the phone verification step because the SMS system does not support my region’s country code (+7).
I intend to use the API for personal research and non-commercial use for my projects only.
