Manual Account Verification Request – Russia (+7 not available)

Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to access NVIDIA NIM APIs on build.nvidia.com for a personal, non-commercial development project. However, I cannot complete the standard SMS verification because my country code, Russia (+7), is not listed in the dropdown menu.

Could you please manually verify my NVIDIA Developer account so I can generate an API key? My account email is the same as this forum account.

Country/region: Russia
Issue: Russia (+7) is not available for SMS verification
Purpose: Personal development and prototyping using NIM APIs
