Hello NVIDIA Support Team,

I am trying to generate an API key on [build.nvidia.com](http://build.nvidia.com), but I cannot complete phone verification because United Arab Emirates (+971) is missing from the country/phone list.

Could you please manually verify my NVIDIA account or advise on the official workaround?
