Hi, I’m unable to generate an API key on [build.nvidia.com](http://build.nvidia.com). The API Keys page shows: > API Access Unavailable. Please contact support to verify your account access. **Account details** - Registered email: `nicholaskhoury9@gmail.com` - Org / account name: `XPFire` - Account created: `10 Aug 2026` - Country: Australia - Name: Nick Khoury, XP Fire Pty Ltd Could someone please enable the **Public API Endpoints** permission on this account, or tell me what else is needed from my end? **Requested support information** | Field | Response | | --- | --- | | Hardware — GPU | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER | | Hardware — CPU | Intel LGA1700 desktop, MSI PRO B760M-A WIFI DDR4 (MS-7D99) | | Operating System | Windows 11, 64-bit | | Riva Version | Not applicable | | TLT Version | Not applicable | | How to reproduce | 1. The page returns “API Access Unavailable. Please contact support to verify your account access.” No key is issued and no error code is displayed. Reproduced in Edge and Chrome, and in a private window. | **Intended use:** hosted NIM endpoints only, called over the OpenAI-compatible REST API from a Python script. Hello NVIDIA Support Team, I’m experiencing the same account verification issue on NVIDIA Build. When I try to access API key generation, I receive the message: **“API Access Unavailable — Please contact support to verify your account access.”** I emailed [help@build.nvidia.com](mailto:help@build.nvidia.com) on September 18, 2026, and followed up on September 29 with a screenshot. As of October 20, I have not received a response. My NVIDIA Cloud Account and Developer Program registrations were successful, but API access remains unavailable. Could you please help escalate my existing verification request to the appropriate team or advise me on the next steps? I can provide my registered email address, screenshot, and any required account details privately. Thank you.
