I am trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com to access NIM microservices for my student ML project, but I cannot complete the phone verification step.
Issue: Russia (+7) is not listed in the SMS verification dropdown on build.nvidia.com.
My account details:

Purpose: I am a student building an ML portfolio project using NVIDIA NIM APIs (RAG system with LLM integration).
Could you please manually verify my account so I can generate an API key?
