Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am a programming student from Benin trying to generate an API key on build.nvidia.com to learn and experiment with NVIDIA NIM models for my studies and personal projects.
I am stuck at the phone verification step. Even though Benin appears in the country dropdown, the “Send Code to Phone” button remains disabled/grayed out when I enter my valid phone number.

- Phone number: +229 01 41 93 53 66
- Country: Benin
I have already tried:
- Different number formats (with and without the new 01 prefix)
- Different browsers
- Clearing cache / using private mode
It seems that SMS verification is not yet fully supported for Benin (+229), especially with the new 10-digit numbering plan.
Could you please manually verify my account or whitelist my number so I can generate an API key?
