I have just registered a new account on NVIDIA Build (build.nvidia.com),
but I am unable to complete the phone verification step, because
Kazakhstan (+7) is not available in the country dropdown for SMS verification.
Could you please manually verify my account so I can generate an API key?

- Use case: personal, non-commercial development / testing NVIDIA NIM APIs
