I am trying to generate a free API key on build.nvidia.com to test NIM models, but I am permanently stuck on the phone verification stage on my very first attempt. My country, Tunisia (+216), is experiencing verification loop errors and the OTP SMS never arrives.

- Country/Region: Tunisia (+216)
- Purpose: Developer API testing, learning, and personal AI application building.
Could an administrator please look into my account and manually whitelist it for API key access?
