Hello NVIDIA Support Team,
I am unable to verify my account and cannot generate an API key.
Account details:
- Registered email: mbrabus65 at gmail.com
- Incident ID: 6116065
- Phone number attempted: Georgian number (flagged by NVIDIA system)
- Phone number attempted: Russian number +7
Issue:
My account is currently showing as temporarily blocked with the message: Your account has been temporarily blocked. Please try again after 12 hours or contact support.
The Georgian phone number was negatively flagged and cannot be used for OTP verification. I am not certain whether my Russian mobile number +7 is supported for OTP.
I have already contacted support via the NVIDIA bug reporting system and sent multiple follow-up emails, but I have not received any response.
Requested resolution:
Could your team please help with one of the following:
- Manual account verification
- A non-SMS verification method
- Confirmation whether a Russian mobile number +7 is supported for OTP verification
- Whitelist my account for API key generation
My goal is simply to complete verification and regain API access.
