Manufacturing p/n on the SoM to indicate COO? and a decoder?

I’m working to help a researcher who needs to know the Country of Origin (COO) for the Orins he’s acquiring in order to be FAA compliant (in the US). I know there is a list of COOs for all Jetson SoMs, but is there a way to identify SoMs from USA vs. SoMs from China? I’ve heard there may be a manufacturing p/n on the SoM to indicate COO - is there? and is there a decoder for that p/n?

Only the P/N listed in the second table as USA specific are region specific.

This is the USA Manufactured SKU for JAO.

The other JAO SKUs are dual source, so could be manufactured in either region.
