Isaac Sim version 4.2.0 missing many Isaac Utils and Isaac Examples there were available in previous versions

Isaac Sim version 4.2.0 was recently released and I was looking to update. I noticed that many of the Isaac Utils and Isaac Examples were not available. Given there was a MINOR version change .1 to .2, this should imply it was not breaking, but only additional features. This makes me think there is a regression or other missing code in 4.2.0 that makes me skeptical of using it.
