Maximum capacity of eMMC supported by sdmmc3 controller

Hi All,
We want to make a custom carrier board and connect an eMMC with the sdmmc3 controller.
So I want to know what is the maximum capacity of eMMC supported by sdmmc3 controller?
Are there any limitations on the SOC or driver side?

As you can see in the module datasheet: Supports addressing larger capacity SD 3.0 or SD-XC cards up to 2 TB. The SDMMC3 port only supports SDIO or SD card.
