Maximum power consumption of Jetson_TX1

Please tell me the maximum power consumption of Jetson_TX1.

It was written as a maximum of 3 [A] at +5.5 [V] to + 19.6 [V] as operating conditions.
Can I calculate the power consumption as 3 amperes as the maximum current at + 5.5 volts?
