Our board is developed based on the Xavier NX core board. If it is related to “No soundcards found”, which nodes need to be disabled in the device tree. I’m not very familiar with sound.

I can’t answer, but will make some suggestions…
A list:
- When does this occur? Is it during boot? Or do you have the ability to get to a console and run “
lsmod
”? You will at least want to attach a full serial console boot log to this thread, but if you also have a chance to find the output of “lsmod
”, then you could add that information too. - Make sure you include the output of “
uname -r
”. - If you can, show the output of “
cat /etc/nv_boot_control.conf
”. - If you can, show the output of “
head -n 1 /etc/nv_tegra_release
”. - State what devices you might have connected other than keyboard/mouse/monitor. For example, if this is a USB sound device, that needs to be described.
- State if this is specifically a Jetson developer kit, or if this is a Jetson module mounted on a third party’s carrier board (carrier board firmware could alter this).
I am unfamiliar with that particular error, but I think that information could get NVIDIA started.
I don’t think this issue is related to sound card. The stack dump looks like directly from kernel init.
