Measuring Xavier NX Module current draw?

Looking at the design of the Xavier NX dev board, I don’t see a clear way to measure current draw of just the SOM.
Are there other vendors carrier boards that have this capability?

You can read the module power consumption (VDD_IN) referring to this topic: How to interpret the power consumption ( Jetson NX Xavier Module) reported by tegrastats command?

Sorry for not being more clear. We’re looking to capture higher bandwidth current measurements than the onboard INA3221 can do.
We’ve seen some higher, short duration current spikes that we are trying to track down the source of.
We’re hoping to replicate the measurements we are making on our custom carrier board on one of the dev kits boards.
Looking at the schematic of the NVIDIA dev board, there isn’t an easy way to separate the VDD_IN trace from the rest of the PCB in order to connect a current probe.

Does NVIDIA have an “interposer” board that has a current measurement loop?

No, we don’t have such board. You may need to do some rework on board to implement your test. We don’t have suggestion on this.
