Mechanism to synchronize led with the camera sensor exposure

Hi,
I want to know if there is a way I can link my led with respect to the exposure of the image.
I don’t want auto exposure to apply on my Image I just want to compensate the exposure with led lights.

Sorry to tell Jetson platform don’t support flash light.
