Memory errors when writing to local variable in kernel

I tried disabling TDR, but still the same thing is happening (for example access violation on store in global memory).
Also I’m not geting those messages on the system tray. Screen flashes do happen sometimes when I get the errors, but not always.

I’m using the latest Geforce driver (376.19).

Update:

I installed Ubuntu and set up the environment for CUDA development, and the issue is gone. So I guess this means the fault is in the NVIDIA Geforce driver for Win 10. I reported this using Geforce Experience.

Does anyone know what is the best way to report the bug?
