The doc for Message Converter Group has a typo for msg-conv-msg2p-newapi.

msg-conv-msg2p-newapi should be msg-conv-msg2p-new-api according to the souce file /opt/nvidia/deepstream/deepstream/sources/apps/apps-common/src/deepstream_config_file_parser.c line 181
