我们测试发现：在使用mgbe0_0进行iperf3测试时候，会影响到mgbe1_0上udp的发送与接收，接收延时会增大

No effect. Communication is still affected after configuration.
Besides, is it possible to enable native functions of the mgbe1_0 network adapter? We run EtherCAT without using the Linux TCP/IP socket protocol stack.
Most likely the CPU are shared that you could check if softirq goes into the same CPU when you run the UDP test.
