Micro SD card not showing

My new reComputer J1010 has an SD card slot and a build in eMMC. When I insert a SD card into the slot, nothing happens.

If i put the same SD card in a USB card reader and plug that in, everything is working fine. So SD card is working.

How can I mount the SD card in the SD card slot?

The OS is preinstalled on eMMC of 16GB. This eMMC is available on /dev/mmcblk0

I would expect the external SD card to show up on /dev/mmcblk1 ??

Suggest to contact with reComputer to get the support or check their user guide to know if any pre-process.
