Minimal Tegra reference board design

Hi all,

Not sure if there is a more appropriate place to ask this, but seeing as the Jetson TK1 reference design has been released, I thought I would ask here.

Is there a reference design for the absolute minimum board design capable of booting a Tegra SoC? By minimum, I mean the absolute minimum design to be able to execute a basic Linux distribution.
