MIS5030Q Series Switch Only Initializing 18 of 36 Ports

I recently acquired a used MIS5030Q 36 port Switch. However only the top half of the ports are initializing. The bottom 18 ports display as N/A in the webGUI and nothing connected to them is registered.

I know this switch is EOL, but any help would be appriciated.

I believe you have a row of cables plugged in upside down. If you flip the cables on the bottom row they should insert further.
