Missing 4k credits after used my business email

Yesterday after signed up and got 1k credits on NIM, I clicked to Request more button, and used my business email already, nothing to confirm in mailbox, only got this


And till today no credits have been added into my account (my business email was verified on sign up step)

Same boat here. Hopeful to get to deploy some stuff, but disappointed as I cannot even put in my payment info to purchase credits.
