Missing Public API Endpoints permission in Personal Organization — hang on z-ai/glm-5.1 via integrate.api.nvidia.com

Same issue as recent threads (#367262, #367308, #366160, #364127, #363068).

My NVIDIA Developer account’s personal org lacks the “Public API Endpoints”
permission needed for newer NIM models.

Symptom when calling z-ai/glm-5.1 via https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1/chat/completions:

  • Request connects (TLS OK, HTTP/2 stream opened), body sent (83 bytes)
  • Server never returns any bytes; curl times out at 300s (HTTP 000)
  • Other models on the same endpoint work fine with the same key:
    moonshotai/kimi-k2.5, qwen/qwen3-coder-480b-a35b-instruct,
    minimaxai/minimax-m2.7, google/gemma-4-31b-it

On build.nvidia.com playground (session auth) glm-5.1 works, so the model
is live — only API-key access appears to be blocked.

My API Keys settings page shows only “API Keys” and “Integrations” in the
left menu — no permission management section, so I cannot self-enable.

Could you please enable the “Public API Endpoints” permission for my
personal organization? Happy to provide org details via DM.

I have the same issue. I’m receiving 403 “Authorization failed” when trying to use google/gemma-4-31b-it on https://integrate.api.nvidia.com/v1. Please grant “Public API Endpoints” permission to my account. Thank you.

I have the same issue. My personal organization lacks the “Public API Endpoints” permission.

When calling models via API, I receive 403 “Authorization failed” on multiple models (z-ai/glm-5.1, moonshotai/kimi-k2.5, etc.).

Could you please enable the permission for my account? I can provide my API key prefix or account email via DM if needed. Thank you.

I am experiencing the identical hang—TLS handshake completes, the request body is sent, and then the server returns zero bytes until curl times out.

I am unable to generate API keys for my personal organization. When I try, I get the error: ‘No API Key Permissions - You do not have permissions to create API Keys in this Organization.’

I still cannot generate an API key, don’t even have a partial to give, just my email that I created both the cloud and Nvidia account with. That’s panthergoff@gmail.com It’s an account for my guitar building business. I’d really appreciate getting my key! Thanks guys.
